JULIA MOURA

Executive Director

Julia became involved with rural Kenya after working as a business consultant for GE Healthcare Africa in 2013. She brings her experience in innovation from her work with Jon Littman, a Design Thinking expert and co-author of the two most famous IDEO books. She has also worked as a business consultant for YSB, Nobel Peace Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus's NGO at the Headquarters in Germany. She holds a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School and Bachelor's degree in Advertising from PUC-Rio.

THERESA HALL

Operations Director 

Born and raised on the south side of Chicago, Theresa recently graduated from a Masters of Social Entrepreneurship program in San Francisco. She ventured to the Bay Area after pursuing a marketing degree at the University of Notre Dame and has worked for various non-profits leading community engagement and fundraising efforts. After living and working in Spain and recently traveling to Kenya she has solidified her passion for economic development and realized her desire to help drive innovative, sustainable changes for those at the bottom of the pyramid. Besides acting as an operations director, theresa also works at Kiva Zip Microloans.

OSAZUWA OSAYI

Technology Director

As an Electrical Engineer with a passion for Social Entrepreneurship, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from the tech, healthcare and agribusiness sectors. Previously, he worked as a researcher at the University of Twente in the Netherlands focussed on the design of enabling technologies and methods for applications of smart sensor systems and wearable devices. He also worked as a Systems Architect with Xsens Technologies re-innovating 3D motion tracking technology products. Lately, he has been deeply involved in healthcare consulting in rural and emerging markets for GE Healthcare Africa and Empower Energy Group USA.

Osazuwa holds a Bsc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences in The Netherlands and a masters in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult International Business School, San Francisco. He also took extensive courses in Economics at Harvard University in Boston, USA.
